Your First Visit

We encourage all of our patients to arrive for their appointment at least ten minutes early in order to give you a chance to fill out our New Patient Form.

Initial Examination

Our dentists will start by reviewing your medical and dental history and conducting a comprehensive examination. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, bite, teeth and jaw as well as an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.

Treatment Plan

Based on your history and the examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you might have about your treatment options and your dental plan.

• How can I book an appointment?

  In order to book your appointment with us at Centre dentaire et d'implantologie Natalie Socqué, contact our office during our regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. We encourage your to let us know as soon as possible about any change to your availability so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Do you provide services in any languages other than English?

  Yes! Our office is proud to offer dental services in both English and French.

  If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.

• Does your clinic have on-site parking?

  Absolutely. We offer free on-site parking for all of our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.
